Thai  Massage Therapy also Known as Thai Yoga, or in Thai, Nuad Boran, is a  2500-year-old Therapeutic Healing Technique with roots in Ancient  Ayurvedic and Yogic practices found in both India and Thailand. In  todays Thailand, it is used and prescribed by Thai Medicine Doctors  along with special herbs and nutrition as one of the first treatments  when an ailment or injury occurs in a patient.

Thai  Massage Therapy is a  Hands-on Alternative Holistic Healing Session  where the receiver remains clothed and lies on a Thai Massage Mat on the  floor. The practitioner is often referred to as “Giving Yoga” to the  receiver as he or she uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet  to manipulate the soft tissues and Sen Lines (Nerve energy lines) while  stretching the limbs in gentle twists and Asanas. • Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body’s surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Deep Tissue is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. The strokes are similar to a classic massage but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

This treatment focuses solely on the calves and feet. This detoxifying foot treatment is a combination of Swedish massage on the feet and calves with Essential Oils and pain relieving topical to relax and sooth tired feet. Hot towels are applied to remove for extra relaxation.

A gentle massage geared to relieving the muscle cramps, spasms, and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs during pregnancy. • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage, involves gently massaging areas of the body to help move lymph fluid to an area with working lymph vessels. LD massage involves gentle manipulations and slow, gentle strokes.  *Lymphatic drainage should be avoided if a person has a fever or active infection. Manual stress to the tissue should be avoided in an area undergoing radiation treatment or over a known cancer site.
